Food Allergies

Who would have thought that I would start developing (or realizing) I have food allergies at the ripe age of 23?!  Back in the fall of last year I found out I'm allergic to touching raw butternut squash and now (I think) I'm allergic to capers.  Kristina and I cooked dinner Wednesday night and after we ate I noticed a red, itchy rash on my elbow.  Then Jenna noticed my eye was red.  I thought maybe something just irritated it, so I went to bed.  When I woke up in the morning my eye lids were swollen up really big and my elbows/knees had red rashes on them.  It was so scary.  Capers are the only thing out of the ordinary that was in the recipe.  Although I'm not 100% sure it was them...I'm not taking any chances.  Definitely won't see me coming close to those things!
